Responsibilities include developing and actively directing the successful execution of marketing strategies including the following:

 

Promotional Campaigns

Develop and implement effective, measurable marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate music / entertainment sales in key target segments including on-line & In-Store products. Manage the execution of all components.

 

Social Media

Direct all social media efforts including determining overall strategy, managing and maintaining sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.

 

Advertising

Create communication plan leveraging advertising opportunities to support business plan to deliver sales goals. Evaluate opportunities and make recommendations to clients or senior management. Negotiate buys and execute approved plan.

 

Event, Conferences & Trade Shows

Evaluate opportunities, scout location, coordinate schedule and manage all aspects of participation

 

Public Relations

Manage meetings conferences, public appearances and act as front-line communication for national local media. Work with outside public relations agency to develop community outreach strategy and execute creative brand-building opportunities. Follow up on and proactively work with all outside venders to create sales and market share.

 

Sales Support

Create marketing literature including literature, ads, promotional pieces, etc. Help the client or employer in the development of proposals and presentations for Sales and other internal operations.

 

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct and manage market research including competitive analysis, industry trend updates and client for market-specific potential assessments. Identify and manage any research tools required to increase business / product sales and visibility.

 

Marketing Department and Oversee Administrative Duties

Support other departments as needed. Manage Marketing Budget. Contribute to strategic planning. Function as the client / companies’ image manager, ensuring brand consistency business growth and sales.
